Our Work

Systems we've built. Try them yourself.

Six systems we've built for clients, across internal tools, workflow automation and AI pipelines. Four run live in your browser. Our clients' names and data stay confidential, so each demo uses invented company names and sample data, and keeps the look it was built with.

ClaimDesk

Built for the claims team at a property & auto insurer

The problem it solves: claims moving through inboxes and spreadsheets, deadlines tracked from memory, and large payments approved by whoever was free.

One place for the team to work every claim from first report to payment. New claims land in the right adjuster's queue automatically, deadlines count down in business hours, and the system won't let a claim skip a step.

  • Nothing skips a step. Each stage has required checks, and every action is logged with who did it and when.
  • Big payments need two people. Anything over $10,000 waits for a second manager's approval.
  • Suspicious claims get flagged with the reasons spelled out, so adjusters know what to look at.
  • Managers see the whole picture: what's late, who's overloaded and where money is tied up, without asking for a report.

Same pattern fits work orders, service tickets, job approvals: any process where items move through stages and someone has to sign off.

ScanSense

Built for a lender processing loan application packets

The problem it solves: staff retyping figures from pay stubs, bank statements and IDs, then checking them against each other by eye.

Documents go in as photos, scans or PDFs. The system reads them, pulls out the figures that matter and checks them against each other. Anything it isn't sure about goes to a person, with the exact spot on the page highlighted.

  • Reads typed, scanned and handwritten documents, including photos taken on a phone.
  • Only the unsure fields go to a person. Every field gets a confidence score, and you set the bar.
  • Catches mismatches across documents, like a name spelled differently on the ID and the pay stub.
  • Every correction is tracked, so accuracy is measured, not guessed.

Same pattern fits bills of lading, invoices, work orders, insurance certificates and intake forms.

Launch live demo → Press "Run the demo packet" and watch five documents get read and cross-checked.

SyncHub

Built for a company whose CRM, accounting system and support desk didn't talk to each other

The problem it solves: the same customer entered three times in three systems, and the three never quite matching.

Keeps customer records in step across all three systems, without replacing any of them. Win a deal and the invoice is created. Pay the invoice and sales and support both know. Nobody copies data by hand.

  • Each field has an owner system, so updates always flow in the right direction.
  • It asks instead of guessing. If a record changes in two places at once, a person picks which version wins.
  • Nothing is lost or sent twice. When a system is down or slow, changes wait and retry.
  • A live feed shows every change, where it came from and what it updated.

Same pattern fits any set of tools your team keeps re-entering data into: QuickBooks, HubSpot, Jobber, Airtable and the like.

FlowLoad

Built for the onboarding team at a payroll & HR provider

The problem it solves: every new client's employee list arrives in a different format, and someone spends days cleaning it up by hand.

Takes each messy export, matches its columns to the right fields, cleans it up with steps saved for that client, and checks every row. Only clean rows get loaded. The rest go back to the client with a plain list of what to fix.

  • Remembers each client's cleanup steps, so their next file goes through without starting over.
  • Notices when a file's layout changes and holds it for review instead of loading bad data.
  • Every loaded value can be traced back to the exact cell it came from.
  • Handles whatever arrives: spreadsheets and exports from older systems, in whatever format they come.

Same pattern fits customer lists, price files, inventory feeds and timesheets: any data you receive from outside and have to clean before using.

Launch live demo → The first load sets up sample clients (a few seconds). Sign in as Rosa to run an import.

InsightBoard

Built for a multi-location retail chain

The problem it solves: every report request going through one analyst, and managers waiting days for numbers they needed that morning.

Managers build their own charts and dashboards by dragging fields into place, with no code and no waiting on an analyst. Analysts still get the deeper tools when they need them.

  • Drag to build a report, like monthly revenue by region, with no formulas to write.
  • Click a region on one chart and the whole dashboard filters to it.
  • Scheduled PDF reports by email, plus share links with view-only access.
  • One definition of "revenue", so every report agrees with every other report.

Same pattern fits sales, job costing, fleet use and inventory: anywhere the numbers live in a system but the answers live in someone's spreadsheet.

Launch live demo → Loads about a million rows of sample data on first open. Then click New report.

DocForge

Built for a property management company

The problem it solves: statements, late notices and renewal letters put together by hand every month, one tenant at a time.

Sends the right document to the right tenant automatically, on a schedule or when something changes, like a payment going overdue. Each one goes out as a PDF, Word file or spreadsheet, in the tenant's preferred language.

  • Rules in plain terms, like "if the balance is more than 30 days late, send a late notice."
  • A test run shows exactly who gets what before anything is sent.
  • Never sends the same notice twice, even if a run is repeated.
  • Every document is kept with the exact template and data it was made from.

Same pattern fits invoices, quotes, compliance certificates, job reports and customer statements.
